Both Barnwoods RV Park and Magnolia Forest sit on 41 acres at the corner of Nichols Sawmill Road and Old Hockley Road. Brand new and right next door, Barnwoods is interconnected with Magnolia Forest, where you can flow easily from one side to the other to enjoy the wonderful amenities. Guests staying at Barnwoods RV Park must arrive and check in at the Magnolia Forest RV Park office, located at 30427 Nichols Sawmill Road.

Nestle in the towering trees is the Historic Barn originally built in the 1840’s. The barn was brought down from Maine and reassembled on our property in 2020. Once completed the Historic Barn will be the central location for all guests to enjoy live music, food trucks, and drinks. Pet-friendly and family-friendly, Barnwoods welcomes vacationers and long term guests to its 58 deluxe RV sites.
